“I tried to bring my returns back to the store, arrived at 16.55 - store closes at 17.00. refused to let me in or process return as store closes at 17.00. this isn't really good enough - till etc should be cashed after closing time not before”

“I ordered PS248325 on the 1st Nov. I had to email on 6th Nov, 5 days later, to say I received no confirmation to say its on the way. This is very slow, from time of order. Item was delivered on 9th Nov. I think 9 days from order to delivery is quite slow, could be imprived”

“My parcels arrived speedily. and thank you for that. The returns to shop were so time consuming! The system you now have in place is very demanding.
The staff were extremely helpful and were very courteous - full marks to them!
There is no price on the document that comes in the parcel??. Why does just scanning the tag not suffice??? If I didn’t have my phone with me to show order with pricing I actually couldn’t have made the returns. I would appreciate your response to my questions and concerns.
Thankfully, on the day there wasn’t a queue at the counter but, in my opinion, this system is very unfair to your wonderful staff.

I have passed your review across to our marketing team. Yes we have a new returns system in process and it might take some getting used to with our store staff and customers. If you ever need to process an exchange or refund in store I would advise always having your confirmation email with you.

I am so sorry to hear you have received a dress that is frayed. We want to avoid our customers receiving items they aren't best happy with. It is not at all feedback we like to hear. I would like to resolve this issue. I would recommend trying an exchange as I believe you may have received a one off. The dress on your order has sold very well and we have received very positive feedback on this item from many of our customers.
