“I ordered a €100 gift card & a belt. On arrival, 2 weeks later, it arrived with a €75 gift card & a cheap-looking belt. The quality of the belt is poor so that is disappointing but moreso, the incorrect amount on the gift card is frustrating. I’m trying to resolve this but it has meant more work & concern for what should be a simple process. Therefore on this occasion, I’m not impressed with this store. If this is resolved quickly & amicably, I’ll update this review.”
