I am so sorry to hear you have received a top that is different from what you were expecting. We want to avoid our customers receiving items they aren't best happy with. It is not at all feedback we like to hear. I would like to resolve this issue. I would recommend trying an exchange if you could clarify the fabrics, fits and styles you prefer.

“Ordered item online. Wrong color delivered. Had to drive 40 minutes to change it, tried it on at home and wasn’t right. Had to take a credit note in the store as it was 15 days later… didn’t have 2 hours to spare to bring it back to the shop and couldn’t return online. Nightmare.”

“I bought a dress recently in your Clonmel store but it did not fit well so I brought it back and got a refund. I only noticed afterwards that you only have 14 days to get a refund. I think that is very very little time to exchange/get a refund. I have to travel to Clonmel or Limerick to change something so it doesn't give a person much time when you don't have a store in your town. Very disappointing aspect but clothes are lovely.

“I ordered a top & a coat in the store as neither was available in my size. I went online that night & had the coat three days later. All good.
