“The skirts I purchased were beautiful, however I was sent the wrong colour in one skirt. I made a round trip of 50mins to return the wrong skirt to the shop. I was met with a very rude staff member who was going to charge me an extra €5 because I had gotten a first time order of 10% off online. She never apologised for the mix up and had me apologising for the hassle of the return. Disappointed with the service but not the quality of clothing.”

“Fast delivery items were perfect but the only issue I would have with ordering again is the short return timeframe. 2 weeks isn't a lot by the time it's delivered to get it returned if you're unsure about something especially for a specific event. Otherwise I can't fault them”
“I bought a dress online, after trying it on, I decided to keep it and I cut off the labels. As I was about to hang it up, I noticed that some of the detail was coming off the dress. I put the labels back in with the dress and brought it back to Artane Castle, where they were extremely helpful. They reordered the dress and a week later I collected it. The ease with which I was able to return an online purchase was amazingly easy, and very much appreciated. Thank you so very much”
