“I ordered the green tunic style knit but instead received a belt. I returned the belt to my nearest store and decided to get a refund. They refunded me the cost of the item but not the delivery charge of 4.50 euro. I contacted Pamela Scott about this and they did a transaction over the phone to refund my 4.50 euro but it was never lodged in my bank. I therefore am still down 4.50 delivery for a top I did not receive and instead got a belt, I did not want, and had to go out of my way to return to the store. Where is my 4.50 euro?”
