“ordered 2 maya dresses for bridesmaid dresses. when they arrived after almost 2 weeks both dresses we damaged and very poorly packaged. one dress still have the security tag on and a hole on top part. the other dress had a broken belt and sequins missing from it. they were not of merchantable quality and should never of been sent to customer. they were like dresses you would find at the end of a sale for €10 and not €109 each i paid. The dresses weren’t even tried on.
when i contact customer service i got a poor reply and saying i assumed you have already returned. i asked in 2 emails will you be getting them back into stock and question was not answered. there was also a charge to return via post. i think it is wrong to expect a customer to pay to return a faulty product.
I returned to your shop in cork city and the issue wasn’t handled much better here. the person kept saying they came from another store and they didn’t cause the issue. No one ever apologised or offered to check if they were in stock in another shop.

The big problem was it had the security disk still attached to it which meant traveling to store to a store some distance away urgently to have have it removed before the event. Which was a nuisance.”
