“Pamela Scott is the only site I have ever ordered from to recieve an email several days later to say an item is unavailable! It delayed my whole order being dispatched. I was also overcharged on another dress. I am not sure how they debited my card for an unauthorized amount as the value was higher than my payment confirmation on this item. Disappointing service however, customer service was quick to respond to my email query. Unlikely to order in the future.”
