Although I was offered to have an Phoist collect the dress and a new one sent out, or to travel to Nenagh to change it I opted to keep it and purchase buttons myself as that was the simplest and most logical thing to do, I feel I should have been offered some token to compensate for the cost of purchasing buttons.
