I did a no quibble return in Ashley Reeves, Rathfarnham. I will definitely continue to shop with Pamela Scott. In fact I only shop online with stores who have a presence in Dublin where I can conveniently return unsuitable items! 10/10 to Pamela Scott.”

“I went to the store to buy a top. I knew the brand the color and another detail to make it easy to recognize the item. I was informed that it was sold out in the sales. This was without checking their stock in the brand. I looked at the brand items and found it easily. The
two sales staff were uninterested and lacked any will to help the client. No apologies for being unaware of their products and devoid of client requests.
Very regrettable for
the store, not surprising that stores are closing.”
