“Hi I ordered a size 14 in a jean and was sent a size 10. It took quite a number of days for my email to be responded to. I asked to be sent a label for return postage to be paid as it was not my error. I was told they dont offer this for customers in N.I and would check to see if I could be refunded. I went to a post office in Donegal to post back parcel and it cost me 13 euro to return. I have not been advised if my postage refund will be processed”
