“Well, I always receive my items. But delivery is always incredibly slow. Over a week later and no sign of my items. Ordered 25th June it’s now 1st July. Maybe I’m spoiled by the hundreds of retailers who usually deliver within 3 days. That’s my biggest bug bear with online for equine. Just really slow!”

Hi Nicola, We are sorry, all items on our website do show expected delivery dates to try and minimise any disappointment and to try and make it clear how long items take. We have over 12000 sku's online which we can offer next day on but sadly with over 70000 sku's online, we cannot hold all at our express warehouse. If ever you do need items before the expected delivery date, feel free to give us a call as we will always do what we can to get items to you quicker where possible :)

“I only buy from Online for Equine as they provide an excellent service every time the communication is -100% They go above and beyond, they always answer the phone if you need them and any advice or need recommendations on products Their products are price matched so always value for money. Having the knowledge that you are spending your money wisely. I cannot recommend Victoria and the team enough to alway provide a premium service.”
