“Oil fast will only take payment in advance for delivery of domestic heating oil. And I am still waiting a refund a month later when they could not deliver the full amount.”

“Having been a loyal customer for many years now I was disappointed with the last purchase from yourselves. I appreciated when I ordered it was a busy time of the year but waited over a week for the delivery and then found out that a relative had ordered on the same day as myself and recieved a delivery on the same day from the same depot and the cost he paid was a considerable amount cheaper than from what I had paid. I would have thought the fuel on the same truck would've been the same price.? Rant over.”

“Have used Oilfast on more than one occasion. Always find when placing my order the ladies are so friendly, polite and helpful- a real pleasure to deal with! Same goes for the drivers - always take the time to have a friendly word which means a lot. Can't fault the service in any way and would recommend the Company to anyone.”

“I ordered 500 l of heating oil I was given a price which was very competitive. The oil was then delivered the next day Which made it the cheapest price considering most other companies put a premium on fast deliveries.”
