It's a good thing investing with Zozozon but there are unreal Zozozon brokers they stole a lot from me 4months ago my grand mom has refer me to to file a compliant to '' wikihelpdesks@ gmail . com '' for a successful recovery i hope am doing the right thing. i hope i get a respond here.

As a new customer to OilFast, having my first "fill", I contacted OilFast on 9 February 2024 explaining that I was having a new boiler commissioned on 19 Feb and needed 500 litres of oil to get the system commissioned. Further, that I had arranged for a plumber / heating engineer to visit and commission the system on 19 February. OilFast said "no problem" and agreed, took payment and said that they would deliver 500 litres of oil on 14 February. This did not happen and as I was working away from home, I was not made aware of the failure to deliver. I returned home from work on Friday 16 February in the evening to find the oil tank still empty. I contacted OilFast and after many frantic phone calls, a Manager eventually said that they would get a delivery to me for Monday 19 February at 08:30 prior to the plumber's visit that day. I gave OilFast the option to delay and I said that I could ring and re-arrange the plumber's visit - I was assured that the oil would be delivered "first thing" on Monday! Alas - Monday 8:30 came and went and still no delivery!!! This being 10 days since the original order, and 5 days later than the original agreed delivery date. I telephoned OilFast again - to be advised that their lorries were having a problems and a delivery was going to happen. The heating engineer arrived at about 10am and I explained the problem - no oil - he said he could go to another address and come back later that morning, and hopefully the oil would have come by then. Eventually - at 11am, a OilFast flat-bed van arrived with 8 x 25 ltr barrels of oil and a representative from OilFast brought a 12V battery, a portable pump and had to manually pump 200 litres of oil - he said the remainder of the oil will come later that week. He finished transferring oil to the tank by 11:30am, some 5 days late and still 300 litres short!!! The oil was in a 1200 litre tank, and the 200 litres delivered were only about 1" above the oil outlet of the tank. My heating engineer then arrived about 5 minutes later whilst I was purging the air and filling the "Tiger-loop". He was unable to wait any longer and apologised as he couldn't wait any longer as he had other jobs to do. Having complained - and been given a total "run-around" OilFast have merely sent me 2x £10 vouchers off my next order - As you can imagine - these have gone in the bin and I will NEVER be using OilFast again - sorry! Unfortunately, OilFast has lost a new customer - but I have learnt not to waste my time with them. I have since used another supplier and their order came fast without any hitches and 10p per litre cheaper! "OilSlow" in dribs and drabs is perhaps more appropriate. A true indication of a company is not how they perform when things work; Rather, how they deal with a problem. Having to chase them on multiple occasions over several days, failure to advise me of problems, delays and short-delivery suggests a total lack of care for a customer. Problems with lorries was the only excuse they gave - not good enough!

I can't fault Oilfast, I always get a phone call asking if I need a top up, it's always on time and they never let you down.

You answer phone quickly & I get my oil del quickly too. Person answering my call always friendly. Tanker driver is careful with hose through my garden because I do have a lot of plants. Thanku for good service.
