“Being price generated I shop around when oil required but prefer oilfast if possible. Phone order, pay and prompt delivery of oil. Nice people who speak to you and driver’s cheerful”

“I deal with the Crieff depot and the team there are absolutely first class. The only problem I have with Oilfast is the credit control team. A budget account should be viewed over 12 months. We spend more over the winter and this is paid off over the summer months. The last 2 years. Oilfast appear to want you to be in credit all the time. This is fine if we are advised of this ahead of time and if direct debits are revisited summer vs winter. My summer payment should be at least 1/3 if my winter one. I would rather however pay more all year round to allow for easier year round budgeting.”

“We have excellent service on the Isle of Arran. Our tank is checkerd regularly by your representative on the Isle of Arran, and the oil is delivered promptly when needed. The drivers do an excellent job negotiating our narrow steep gravel drive”
