“Oilfast have supplied oil to me and my holiday cottages for over 5 years. They are always very helpful both in the office when I phone in an order, emailing invoices and quick and efficient delivery. I like that the team in the office know me as a customer and remember my account details and the specifics of my deliveries. The delivery drivers know my location and the complexities of delivering to it, never complain, just get on with the job. When I have had problems and needed an emergency delivery they have gone above and beyond to help me. It is refreshing to get such great, personalised and trustworthy customer service, from people based in the UK, who I can pick up a phone and speak to. I can't recommened them highly enough.”
