“My requirements are,a pleasant person to answer the phone, and be very understanding of my oil requirements. Find an appropriate delivery spot. Complete the delivery of the oil required without any mess or fuss.”

“Good delivery service but disappointed that I didn’t get a legally printed meter reading marking the BEFORE and AFTER fill . This was Not marked on delivery note or on the bill from Oilfast. 700 Litres were delivered but no numerical proof that was the case. Have e-mailed oil fast about this but to date No response.”

“We moved into our present cottage just over two years ago and since then all of our domestic oil purchases have been through the Crieff depot. The service from the ladies in the office taking the orders and the tanker delivery drivers is always cheerful, efficient, fast and problem-free. In short, we are loyal customers and expect to continue to be.”
