“The service is good and, so far, regular deliveries have arrived before my tank ran dry. Important to me because I am mobility impaired and checking the oil level in the tank myself is very difficult.”

“Telephoned the local depot for a quote and they price matched a slightly lower on-line quote. The delivery was made within a couple of days which was excellent service.”

“Delivery of heating oil was prompt and on the date given. Overall I'm happy with the service however I do have a real problem with not being able to access my budget account online which I was able to do up until about 18 months ago. Whilst I appreciate that I can phone my local office for balances this is not always convenient and makes it difficult to keep track of account balances. Is there any plans to reinstate this function?”

“As oil usage is monitored and oil delivered as required I find this an excellent service. Makes life so much easier for me. Staff always polite and helpful when I phone for an up to date account. This time I made this request by email. Prompt reply much appreciated.”
