“good value office chair purchased recently. Delivered promptly and on time. Instructions clear and self- assembled without too much trouble . This a functional ,not luxurious , product but it is comfortable and does what it says on the tin .”

“This is a really comfortable chair. I'm short, 5', and required something with a seat that sloped at the front and arms that I was able to raise, which this chair does. The headrest is great too and enables me to rest the bottom of my head when in certain seating positions. The only function that is difficult, is leaning back on the chair. It requires a lot of pressure when one is so small.”

Hello Victoria, We are so chuffed with your feedback, thanks! The Ergo Mesh 24 hour office chair definitely has the comfort factor down pat. You can loosen the tension on the backrest recline using the knob at the front of the chair. Simply turn it left (left loosey!) to loosen the tension to suit your bodyweight and that should sort you out. Thank you for writing to let us know your thoughts. We really appreciate it. “The only negative was the delivery, driver asked if he had correct building, then without even a signature left a Huge pallet on the path outside my office building . Product is excellent tho and easy to assemble.”
