“I got my chair delivered promptly enough, which was a positive, however the chair developed a problem, I was told yes I can get it replaced or repaired and to send in photos of the issue, I still haven’t had a reply, the chair is so uncomfortable that I don’t like using it.”

“I ordered an Ergo 3-Lever Operator Chair on 26th October at approximately 12:00. I receiverd my delivery at approximately 12:30 the following day 27th October. The chair is comfortable and good quality. Well done Office Boffins I'll certainly use you again. In fact my wife is now telling me that her offfice chair is a little shabby now and needs replacing.”
