Hi Colin, Great to hear you're happy with the oracle office chair. Regards the screw covers, it's worth checking to make sure the bolts are in far enough. If they're not the covers can sometimes be pushed off. Give that a go and see how you get on. Thanks for the feedback! From the Office Boffins

“This is one great ergonomic chair. Supports the back nicely and is adjustable. I used to work for a furniture company and we had other brands with same quality costing three times the price of this one.”

“A HUGE choice of office chairs. I wanted something which looked smart and yet would be comfortable for my computer and craft station at home, which I could sit on for long periods of time without feeling the effects. The chair I chose was perfect and very reasonably priced. The delivery was on time and I only had to wait a few days for it to arrive. Perfect.”
