“We purchased 3 office chairs which arrived promptly, they were sold as suitable for “24 hour” use but it was immediately obvious that the quality of the materials used were very poor and they weren’t going to last 5 minutes. We rang officeboffins to arrange to return them as they weren’t of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose, they then became difficult about us returning them and wanted to charge a restocking of £30, we pointed out this was illegal and they dropped this request. Four days after paying to return them by a tracked courier we hadn’t received a refund, we chased this up on the phone and were told somebody would ring us back, they didn’t. Several phone calls and emails later we finally got a full refund.”
