“I'm delighted with my blue Ergo 2-Lever Operator Chair. Very good quality, nice looking and comfortable. Quick delivery, easy to assemble and easy to adjust height and backrest with the levers. I'm still miffed at the price compared with other similar chairs. It seems like a real bargain - lucky me. Certainly no problems so far, just very pleased. Thank you. Susan H.”

“Website, easy to navigate, and purchasing is even easier with PayPal as an option for me. Used the chat box as unsure on assembly, within 5 mins all sorted!”

“No complaints, chair arrived undamaged, no parts missing, delivery service was clear and quick. Was able to see delivery estimated time which helped accept item when working from home. The product was as described, but I wish it had more pictures to see the scale, as the chair is large (but comfy).”

“Very helpful live chat. Very useful and relevant selection of filters to help narrow down the options. Delivered quickly. Clear assembly instructions. I wasn't sure at first about the bolts being supplied already screwed in as it was a little fiddly to remove and refit them but in hindsight a very good idea because I knew I had the right ones for the right place; they didn't all roll away and I knew they fitted; and that there wasn't either a damaged bolt or a misaligned hole which meant they wouldn't go together properly.”
