“I am a regular customer and make a regular order. Never had a problem until recently, the last time I ordered my order was not dispatched on the same day for next day delivery, although I made the order in the morning, well in time for same day dispatch as guaranteed on their website, as a result I had to wait until after the weekend for it to be delivered, and then an extra day for me to be to able to collect it from the depot as the courier didn't leave the package in my safe place as requested, and had to a few days without supplements as a result. Very annoying.
If it happens again when I order again, I will make my future orders elsewhere.”
