“The company is run by and staffed by dedicated people, the products are excellent and the postgraduate education is very good. The website used to work well for me. It was rebuilt and unfortunately is now a lot worse than it was. In particular, the address book facility is totally unfit for purpose. I've tried editing my address book and it doesn't work. Apparently, I'm not the only one complaining about it.”
