“I find it really strange that the day after I place an order you ask me to evaluate the service! So far, I have received 3 emails confirming my order and stating that it will be dispatched. Then I received another one saying it had left your warehouse and I could track it on your website. When I clicked on the link provided I was taken to the home page of your website... no idea where to find tracking information....
So, so far I have to submit that service is rather poor... wouldn't you agree?
Further down this page I see a question as to how I communicated with you - in my case via the website which is not even listed !!!”

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our services.
An email is sent to confirm that you have placed your order online, and also when it has been dispatched from our warehouse to keep you informed of what is happening with your order. The Link that is provided takes you to our website to instruct you how to track your parcel with the delivery company you selected at the time of ordering, but I have passed your comments to our IT Department.
