“Easy website. Good price. Item ordered, though it said was available, was out of stock. Was offered to wait for 2 weeks for delivery of new stock or have refund. Waited but no stock arrived. Contacted again and was told delivery in a few days. Asked for guarantee on dates. None given. Asked twice thereafter for refund. No reply. Telephoned and was told stock in next day and to be delivered following day. Opted to wait and this time was successful. Communication could be better but happy with quality and cost of item received.”

“The chairs ordered were finally received and they are of an excellent quality and quite happy with our choice . We had bought similar ones before. whilst the chairs were despatched on time but courier company delivered late ( expected to arrive on 27th however got delivered on 1st Dec).”

“Delivery was not able to take the pallet upstairs so unloaded it at the curbside. We had to take the tables off the pallet outside and the driver left the pallet in the street.”

“3 tonnes of compost couldn't fit through my gate though I did call beforehand to change order to smaller sacks but was reassured they'd fit with a push. Nope 4 hours later the 3 of us were shovelling it through the gate until small enough to drag through....Plus they were meant to call me an hour before, instead I received a call on arrival. Nobody lives at a community garden, lovelies. Discovered quite a bit of plastic included in the soil. Would I buy again? Yes because it was the most value for money I could find and in smaller sacks next time. Staff were friendly still.”
