“The last hinge I bought I think from yourselves was 10 years ago, which is the time it lasted before it perished and started to tear on the rubber hinge part itself. Fingers crossed it lasts a bit longer this time. Thanks, Tim”

“Placed an order for parts on a 3 day delivery, one week later having had no communication I emailed the customer service contact point, immediate reply to advise they were out of stock but should be sorted in the next 24 hours and then dispatched. Okay, we did get our delivery charge refunded, but no communication is very poor service I expected better. One bonus, the cartons all arrived in one piece and no missing parts.”

“Acceptable. Slightly disappointed with the condition of the product and had to amend my plans to accommodate a bit of damage which happened to be right in the middle of the length. I was on a tight time scale with my project so didn't have time to get it swapped or returned so just worked around it.”

“Delivery was quick but no communication on when it was arriving and the 2 x 4 metre rails were found left outside the front of church Thursday 22nd. They could of been stolen and nobody would of taken responsibility for that.”

“They are ok but not heavy duty. The plastic is too ridged and brital. The one l had previously were heavier and the plastic of a different composition.”

“REASONABLE SERVICE, HOWEVER GOODS ORDERED WERE ON BACK ORDER AND PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. FOUND OUT WHEN WE CHASED THE ORDER 2 DAYS LATER. NO ONE CALLED TO ADVISE....”

“Bought some narrow 25mm straps , cheap as chips , do the job BUT not impressed with the long stapple holding the thing together , not very user friendly . Otherwise great supplier and will be buying other parts for our fleet .”

“The sheet ratchets are as expected, but delivery once again let down by very poor packaging with box split parts visible. This happens with nearly all Nationwide Trailer part deliveries, this then takes time to sort out any shortages, why not use a heavier grade of box to stop the problem?”

“We had a difference of opinion as to whether a ratchet strap should be advertised quoting its breaking load (as on the list of ratchet straps) or its rated load as found only when you click through to the item details. I returned my purchase as it was unusable for what I needed. The refund came quickly, but I still feel aggrieved that they would not refund my postage since I would never have ordered the items had their description been more honest.”
