Parts were fine , but DPD stated they would deliver between 6 pm to 8 pm . We had advised we had a safe parcel box on their tracking system , but as our location is remote and the driver is 50 miles from base he did not bother to try . We had to make a 14 mile journey to a Co op store to collect the items . Not best pleased John Fox

We placed an order on 4th May. We had an email from DPD on 9th May to say they failed to deliver as there was no one here, as we are a business and they delivered within business hours that was incorrect. We had another email from DPD to say they were delivering on 10th May, never arrived. Yesterday, we had an email from DPD saying the parcel was being sent back to Nationwide Trailer Parts. I called Nationwide Trailer Parts to be told someone would look into it and get back to me. I am still awaiting a call to find out where our order is.

PAID EXTRA FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AS NEEDED THE EQUIPMENT, ARRIVED WITH VITAL PART MISSING. DELIVERED THE MISSING PART THE FOLLOWING DAY, THIS WAS TOO LATE. WASN'T COMPENSATED FOR PAYING FOR THE EXPRESS DELIVERY.

anyone who usues DX for deliveries should expect problems - I am not sure - they might be cheap service, but they'll ruin a picture of ANY company as they are useless and never delivers on time.

Parts price wise are okay, the service on the last two orders not so good. Packing of good hopeless, no filling just left to roll around in the carton making holes, surprised it all got here. The last order we had was exactly the packaging, I made them aware, not really bothered. We paid for next day service and it took two days.

Slow delivery and the first time I used the binder one of the threads locked up and that as they say is the end of that

Goods ordered & next day delivery paid. 4 days later tried to track, no joy. Phoned & find out parts not in stock. Finally get parts 7 days late. Next day delivery refunded. Not good enough , had to hire a van for 7 days instead of 1 or 2.

Paid for next day deliver and received a message today saying goods would not arrive until tomorrow but no mention of refunding money i paid for next day delivery
