Placed an order for parts on a 3 day delivery, one week later having had no communication I emailed the customer service contact point, immediate reply to advise they were out of stock but should be sorted in the next 24 hours and then dispatched. Okay, we did get our delivery charge refunded, but no communication is very poor service I expected better. One bonus, the cartons all arrived in one piece and no missing parts.
