We placed an order on 4th May. We had an email from DPD on 9th May to say they failed to deliver as there was no one here, as we are a business and they delivered within business hours that was incorrect. We had another email from DPD to say they were delivering on 10th May, never arrived. Yesterday, we had an email from DPD saying the parcel was being sent back to Nationwide Trailer Parts. I called Nationwide Trailer Parts to be told someone would look into it and get back to me. I am still awaiting a call to find out where our order is.
