“I'm pleased that My Pharmacy is diligent about asking questions before selling certain drugs, but I have bought the same drug from them twice now and they still asked the same questions. Would it be possible, when a customer logs in, to view the past history and therefore not keep asking the questions. Perhaps there could be a question that asks if anything has changed since last time.”
