Efficient service but 75g aspirin were over £2 a pk of 28 compared to 75p a pk from Wilco before the store closed down.

Good service, only niggle being the site won't let you order two of the same item, and you have to get into an email dialogue every time with them to resolve/get what you want (which eventually you can) I've fed this back before but the issue remains.

Quick delivery. Excess amount of packaging fir ghd item and not very environmentally friendly - bubblewrap and plastic tape

Item was delivered to someone else. I was told that as they had the right address they would have to hand it to the PO.

Well I got my order very quickly which was good,I’ve been taking the cream for 4 days now ,and as yet my shoulder/arm is still aching,I will continue to take it and see what happens

Hi there, Apologies your order wasn't dispatched the same day. We no longer had any stock of the product you ordered and had to wait for our wholesalers to deliver stock the following day. Product is good and appears genuine, but using the Post Office for delivery is a big error and had I known I would have ordered elsewhere. I got three texts telling me about delivery and two telling me they are unable to deliver. I have a secure parcel box in my drive covered by 2 cctv cameras. No delivery attempt was made for the first two occasions. This is the only delivery operation in my area (Kent) that lies like this and is slow and unreliable. Hopeless.

Good quick service, however very very short date on them and far to much packaging, meaning small tablets couldnt fit in the letter box

Product was well packaged. Delivery using Royal Mail was excellent, on time and a friendly person delivering it. But three items had a poor use by date.

Paid for delivery within 1-2business days and it was finally delivered (in a damaged box) 5 working days later. Emailed and was told they can’t refund the delivery cost. Meant my daughter was without medication. Personally wont use again.

Hi there, Your order was placed on a Sunday when we were closed and was dispatched the following working day, Monday. Unfortunately, it looks like your parcel was lost and damaged during transit with Royal Mail, which caused a delay in delivery time.
