You placed an order using one of our generic product pages, meaning that whichever brand is currently stocked is sent out.
If a specific brand/flavour is required, a request needs to be placed in the order notes section during checkout. The product page also has a disclaimer under the medication image that brands may vary and to please make us aware of any specific requests.
As we didn’t receive any instructions with your order, the available stock at the time was sent out.
