Apologies regarding your order. It looks as though there was a mix up during the packing stage and further measures have been put in place after reviewing our fulfillment process to prevent such errors from happening again in the future.
I can see my colleague has already sent out the correct order for you with a pre-paid postage label to return the incorrect product, free of charge. However, it also seems that Royal Mail have now delivered the second parcel to the wrong address.
We are currently in the process of contacting Royal Mail to see what happened, and will dispatch a 3rd parcel to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please keep an eye out for updates from us via emails.
