Thank you for the feedback.
Unfortunately, the product you ordered has to be kept at a certain temperature. In order to do this, we keep the product wrapped with a frozen gel pack during transit. Other products that don't need to be stored at a specific temperature are packaged appropriately for their size.

The only criticism I would have was registering on line. I had to input my date of birth several times before it was accepted. Also I couldn’t alter the number of items in my basket so I had to abandon it & start again.”
