“Loved finding this website for our kittens food, living in a rural area it's hard to get to shops that stock this! Got my other two orders on time great service, the last order I did, I paid for next day £6.99 delivery and unfortunately it hasn't been dispatched due to a DPD issue which I totally understand, upon contacting to find out when it was coming and what the hold up was as I had no emails to say and the tracking hadn't changed customer service unfortunately were blunt and made it sound like it was a nuisance I had contacted to find out why it wasn't out yet. Blunt responses no hello and a threat about making sure I screenshot everything. So disappointing, I cannot fault the other orders that came no problem great service great product, but the first issue I had, we should be able to get in contact and get a friendly voice on the other end for reassurance not blunt responses, especially at this time of year when so many parcels are going missing.”

“I have a fussy pet, and searched everywhere for the brand of food she has decided to eat. (its never one thats available everywhere). Pet Warehouse luckily had them, and loads of flavours-yay! Ordering was easy, and included free delivery. The parcel arrived really quickly too. I am very happy with the service provided and the wide choice of products.”
