“Delivered quickly and with all items correct and present. Good shelf life on products. I use MPW partly due to quality and price of products, although most stores seem competitive these days, but mainly as they use DPD for their deliveries. DPD is my preferred delivery company as they update you regularly, they give a one hour time frame which is rarely wrong, if it is not going to be met they message to explain why (road incident etc), and they bring parcel to the door not leave out in rain by the gate half in the road. Definitely recommend My Pet Warehouse.”
