“No problem with the goods however DPD was useless on the last order. Made no attempt to deliver to our house, left a card on the pavement outside even though everybody was in at the allotted delivery hour. Then made a complete error in where to pick up the parcel from and were impossible to contact. Could that be passed on to DPD please?”
