“All my dealings with MPA were conducted over the phone after looking on their website. I was offered a deal for buying two framed prints. It wasn't a fabulous discount, but it was doable so after a short deliberation, I agreed to buy. Both were for my wife (one each for birthday and Christmas). She's happy, so naturally, so am I.”

“I dealt with Rus , who very kindly contacted me as I did not know that I had forgotten to pay something. If he had not followed up with me I would not have received my beautiful picture. Sorry I can not send a photo of it but I am in Istanbul airport. The service I received was fantastic and Rus checked in with me to make sure that I had received it. “Recently purchased a Doug Hyde print from Picture Perfect Gallery. I was kept informed throughout the process, from receiving order to dispatch. The delivery time was much quicker than expected and the picture came extremely well packaged. Could not be happier and will definitely be using the Gallery again.”

“Really pleased with the communication after purchasing and the artwork was well packaged for delivery. I had assumed that items were held in stock and would therefore be despatched the same day or next day, but as soon as I'd placed my order it said the item would be ready to ship in 2 weeks. Why is this 2 week delay immediately mentioned after you order, but not mentioned anywhere on the website before you order? Luckily, I had ordered just in time for it to still be delivered before Christmas, but I had held off ordering as I didn't want it before a certain date. Had I known it was 2 week lead times then I could have ordered a week or so earlier. Good communication from Russell and Jay after placing the order, but I think it would be useful if the despatch times were communicated before ordering. I will use Picture Perfect Gallery again in the future, thanks.”

“Hi, I've put a rating of 4 due to the method of delivery chosen. Parcelforce only tell you the day they intend to deliver and do not give a more tighter timeframe that all other delivery companies seems to do. I happened to be away for a few days, and although my lad was available to go to my house they'd already tried to deliver. Understandably they will not leave the picture due to the value. Even though I went online and asked for delivery a few days later, they tried the next day when I still wasn't at home. Maybe an alternative courier would be more appropriate that can give a tighter time frame in the event no one is home but can get someone else to receive it. But other than that, happy with the picture.”

“Very pleased with my experience of purchasing a Mr Kuu print for my fiancée through Picture Perfect Gallery I had an issue with my order but Russell was brilliant and managed to resolve it quickly for me and at short notice and my fiancée was absolutely over the moon with the print once it arrived Gareth Southampton”
