“I purchased two pictures both of which were delivered in excellent condition. I've had to mark down as one of the original pictures I originally purchased they called to say it was out of stock, despite being advertised as being instock. I agreed to pay more for another painting by the same artist and had to chase for a copy of the revised order. I then had to chase again for delivery dates, both of which took a little longer than was first expected. I appreciate these are unusual times and they did send me a box of chocolates as an apology, once I had rung and chased. Following this they did send me some update emails about where my purchases were in the system and followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchases.”

“This was the first time we've used Picture Perfect Gallery. Communication from the vendor was excellent and replies prompt when required. The loose limited edition print we purchased was very robustly packaged and survived the very worst of ParcelForce's treatment completely undamaged. On the basis of this experience I'd be happy to purchase from them again.”

“Russell was very helpful but my timing of placing my order came when Picture Perfect was swamped by a large influx of inventory. We were able to get the delivery in time in spite of all the delays, me trying to setup a Paypal account and he to clear his schedule of inventory tasks. He was very polite and accommodating while I didn't have complete access to email and am in the USA and didn't want to pay for overseas calls.”
