Really pleased with the communication after purchasing and the artwork was well packaged for delivery. I had assumed that items were held in stock and would therefore be despatched the same day or next day, but as soon as I'd placed my order it said the item would be ready to ship in 2 weeks. Why is this 2 week delay immediately mentioned after you order, but not mentioned anywhere on the website before you order? Luckily, I had ordered just in time for it to still be delivered before Christmas, but I had held off ordering as I didn't want it before a certain date. Had I known it was 2 week lead times then I could have ordered a week or so earlier. Good communication from Russell and Jay after placing the order, but I think it would be useful if the despatch times were communicated before ordering. I will use Picture Perfect Gallery again in the future, thanks.
