I dealt with Rus , who very kindly contacted me as I did not know that I had forgotten to pay something. If he had not followed up with me I would not have received my beautiful picture. Sorry I can not send a photo of it but I am in Istanbul airport. The service I received was fantastic and Rus checked in with me to make sure that I had received it.
