“I have been looking for a Gary Hodges limited edition print and found the right one on the Picture Perfect website. I ordered it during lockdown and was kept informed about the progress of my order which I was impressed with during such difficult times. When it arrived it was in good condition as it had been very well packed. I would definitely buy form this company again.”

“More than impressed with the service from the gallery. I ordered the sculpture on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, all beautifully and securely packaged. My order was followed up immediately with an email from the gallery and tracking facilities from Parcel Force, couldn’t ask for more. Absolutely love my sculpture, Life is Sweet by Doug Hyde, which has pride of place in my living room, bringing a big smile to my face every time I look at it ! A big thank you to all at the gallery for their efficiency and professional approach.”

“Very impressed from the moment I picked up the phone to have a chat about a Paul Horton print I had seen on the website, to the moment it arrived and I gave it to my wife for her birthday. There was a minor glitch with delivery (which was NO FAULT of the gallery at all) as Parcelforce misrouted the shipment to the wrong hub initially. Throughout the whole process Russell kept me updated regularly, and even called me on a Sunday evening to give me an update. The delivery arrived safe and sound and all was well. Thanks again! I'm sure I'll be back for more!”

“Great personal service from start to finish. I received a personal acknowledgement of my purchase and then confirmation when it had been dispatched (which included a tracking number). “thank you thank you. I ordered an Amy Louise print, and then decided on another Amy Louise print, having two was better than one !! When the prints arrived there was a slight mark on one of the frames/picutre. The service I recevied was excellent from start to finish , the pictures and frames were changed immediately and to my delight the artist sent a personal message. I cannot recommend this company enough - very professional from start to finish . I am delighted with the pictures, so much that I will be ordering another today.”

“Ordered a Doug Hyde piece which should have taken 7-10 days for delivery. It was late because of a new release. Russell kept me updated, and when it did arrive (just short of 3 weeks door to door) the gallery not only shipped it next day instead of 2 day - but they also sent it framed (I had paid for mounted only) really pleased with both my print and the service received. Won’t hesitate to return for my future purchases!”

“Absolutely brilliant customer service from Russ and his team. I was initially pensive about purchasing a print and I spoke to Russ on the phone and spoke about my worries. He was understanding and eager to help. By the end of the phone call I was positive I was going to buy the print. However when it arrived I had an issue with the print. It had a scratch on which was not ideal for the price of the print (£522) and I couldn’t stop looking at it. I spoke to Russ about the issue and he immediately ordered me a new one and it was sent within a week, even before I had sent the faulty print back to him he had it shipped to me. He also checked in again with me to make sure I was satisfied with replacement. I absolutely love the print by Hayley Goodhead. It is stunning. I would definitely repurchase from Picture Perfect Gallery just for the excellent customer service, never mind the beautiful art work. Thank you Russ for working so tirelessly to make sure I was happy.”
