“Absolutely brilliant customer service from Russ and his team. I was initially pensive about purchasing a print and I spoke to Russ on the phone and spoke about my worries. He was understanding and eager to help. By the end of the phone call I was positive I was going to buy the print. However when it arrived I had an issue with the print. It had a scratch on which was not ideal for the price of the print (£522) and I couldn’t stop looking at it. I spoke to Russ about the issue and he immediately ordered me a new one and it was sent within a week, even before I had sent the faulty print back to him he had it shipped to me. He also checked in again with me to make sure I was satisfied with replacement. I absolutely love the print by Hayley Goodhead. It is stunning. I would definitely repurchase from Picture Perfect Gallery just for the excellent customer service, never mind the beautiful art work. Thank you Russ for working so tirelessly to make sure I was happy.”

“I ordered a picture from this gallery and it arrived in the time specified. When it came the frame didn’t match the ones I already had by the same artist. I contacted Russ at the gallery and he was so helpful I cannot recommend the company highly enough. He arranged for the picture to be collected and reframed to match the ones I already have. Customer service above and beyond absolutely A** 😁. I will definitely be using them again and singing their praises to all my friends.”

“I purchased two pictures both of which were delivered in excellent condition. I've had to mark down as one of the original pictures I originally purchased they called to say it was out of stock, despite being advertised as being instock. I agreed to pay more for another painting by the same artist and had to chase for a copy of the revised order. I then had to chase again for delivery dates, both of which took a little longer than was first expected. I appreciate these are unusual times and they did send me a box of chocolates as an apology, once I had rung and chased. Following this they did send me some update emails about where my purchases were in the system and followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchases.”

“I highly recommend Picture Perfect Gallery. During lockdown my daughter was 18 and her original gift had to be cancelled, I saw a print online one week before her birthday that I knew she would love. I emailed to make enquiries as I had never purchased from an online gallery preferring physical shops, Russell telephoned me direct and went above and beyond to help. The print was framed, dispatched and delivered inside a week and arrived on the special day about 1 hour before my daughter woke up. It was exactly as described with COA, beautifully framed and expertly packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Picture Perfect Gallery again. Thankyou so much. Tracy and John”

“Bought from these on several occasions and always received great service and fast delivery. This purchase was even better as picture I wanted was out of stock but Russell and team went and sourced me a picture and again had it sent to me within 48 hours. “Russell was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We have now purchased 3 of John Waterhouse's pictures and a beautiful bronze Flamenco dancer by Carl Payne. We did lots of research leading up to our purchases and found that Picture Perfect Gallery were by far the cheapest and the service was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to our next purchase with them.”
