“I ordered a picture then realising I ordered the wrong one, phoned Picture Perfect and told them the one I wanted, no problem. They were very friendly and nothing was a problem I would highly recommend Picture Problem”

“I originally phoned to make an inquiry and was promised that he would come back to me with pricing and availability information but that never happened. When I did order two prints they arrived promptly directly from the distributor rather than from Picture Perfect.”

“I was looking for a kerry darlington picture for my wife as she has longed for one for a long time and i came across picture perfect gallery while looking online.I phoned them up (russell and jay)and talked to them about a piece.They completely calmed my reservations about buying a piece without looking at it in person and helped me find what i was looking for.They kept in contact by phone and email and the whole process was brilliant from start to finish.When we are looking for another piece we will be coming straight back to them.Brilliant all around service and great blokes.”

“I initially telephoned as I had questions to ask before ordering a print. Russell was very friendly and answered all my questions and more. He didn't hurry me and made me feel very confident of my purchase. The print was ready for dispatch earlier than expected and is perfect. My sister is thrilled with her 60th birthday gift. I would have no hesitation in buying from Picture Perfect again, and will recommend them to others.”

“Purchased a piece by the artist Steve Tandy. I spoke to Russell about buying this picture. He took the time to explain the process and the timescales. I was notified when the picture was despatched and received a follow up email after delivery checking I was pleased with the picture. A pleasurable experience and at a very good price. I shall certainly consider using Picture perfect gallery again when purchasing another picture.”

“Even in these weird and wonderful times we find ourselves in Picture Perfect kept me up to date with regard when I could expect my picture to be delivered. Once available it was dispatched promptly and I was notified of its progress through every step until received. Excellent purchase at a very reasonable price and top customer service. Thank you!”

“I placed my order with the gallery because they had a very competitive price - Jay picked this up straight away and kept me regularly informed as to delivery, which was taking longer than usual due to the pandemic. Order arrived today exactly as I was told it would, in perfect condition. Would definitely use Picture Perfect Gallery again”
