“Ordered a framed Doug Hyde print online from Picture Perfect Gallery. I was kept up to date with the order regarding availability and delivery, it arrived on time and packaged extremely well to protect the item. Certainly felt the personal touch and the big question is would I use again, I'm glad to say I definitely will.”

“I recieved my beautiful picture today! I was worried that due to covid-19 restrictions that it wouldn't arrive in time for fathers day. However after speaking to Jay and Russel who then phoned the artist personally to cobfirm my delivery will be on time ! Thank you guys , brilliant customer service !!”

“Russell and Jay went above and beyond to make sure our Doug Hyde arrived on time for my husbands 50th birthday. A few hiccups along the way which they sorted without me even knowing. Such a first class and personal service. Highly recommend, customer satisfaction is paramount to them. 👍”

“After an initial error/delay in ordering, this was rectified extremely promptly by Russell and we received our order overnight. It has been my mantra for years that he who does nothing, gets nothing wrong. We all make mistakes, it is how we deal with them that is the measure. In this Russell and the guys at Picture Perfect Gallery are top notch! I would defiantly use again.”

“Fantastic service as always. Following my purchase of Sweethearts by Doug Hyde last year ordered Fab by Jennifer Hogwood. Russell replied to any questions promptly and went out of his way to make sure the bronze was delivered as soon as possible. Picture Perfect Gallery has been around for many years since their High St Wanstead days and will always be my first choice for both cost and customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. “I was looking for a 40th birthday present for my wife during lockdown. With the sadness of cancelled holidays, it needed to be good and Linda Carter held a special place in our hearts. I only had a couple of weeks to find something and I’m pleased to say that Russell did all the heavy lifting and managed to pull it off. The artwork arrived the day before the big one and I’m pleased to say my wife loved it.”

“I am new to purchasing art and recently bought a J Hogwood sculpture. Where we live it is difficult to find someone to send to us. Picture Perfect staff were very friendly and quick. They gave me all the information I would need to track my delivery without me asking for it. I felt at ease dealing with them and would definitely use them again.”
