“Recently replaced a much loved 16-year-old Gaggia Syncony compact digital coffee machine. MrBean2Cup were very helpful in attempting to solve the water leak issue at a low cost, not pushing the new machines. I ended up purchasing a new machine in the end as spending money on an old machine where some parts are obsolete didn't make sense. Having looked at all models and makes, we decided to stick with Gaggia. We placed an order for a Gaggia Cadorno Prestige on Sunday, we were drinking great coffee by Tuesday. Delighted with the new machine, it is great to be able to talk to someone who knows the coffee machines inside out and always has time to discuss. Would always buy future products and accessories through MrBean2Cup”

“I’m absolutely thrilled to say that my coffee machine is working properly again! After trying to explain what was wrong with the machine, to a very patient guy, he suggested to watch a YouTube video, on how to grease the machine, then the parts I needed.”
