“Phoned up first to check that I found the right part for our Gaggia coffee machine. Spoke to somebody who gave really good advice and confirmed the part was correct for our model. Ordered on line delivery was excellent, excellent service throughout. Our machine is now producing wonderful coffee again!”

“Thank you MR BEAN TO CUP for taking the time to explain what may be the problem with my machine very helpful and knowledgeable spare parts arrived quickly and now my machine after my replacing the steam valve O rings works like new I also have to mention what a well built machine GAGGIA make.”
