“The website was brilliant. Having found the model of coffee machine on the site, I was able to see a diagram showing me the part that I required. Ordered this and it arrived on time. Fitted it and saved myself £200 in having to purchase a new machine. Thank you”

“Customer services worked with me to identify a part I needed. The exact part was located and purchased. It was securely packaged and delivered in a timely manner. The part was replaced and my coffee machine has been saved from going to landfill. Great service and worthy of 5 stars”

Prompt reply from Zsolt who directed me as to where to look for labels on parts of my machine which I photographed and sent. Matched up with appropriate water tank and ordered the same day. “I used MrBean2Cup's services during mid-Dec 2022. My coffee machine's Group Head was broken, and I needed to replace it ASAP. MrBean2Cup was the only one with the parts in their inventory, and they quickly responded to my chat. I had opted to collect at the store option (as I was rushing to get my machine fixed). It was a super smooth process to collect, and the team is helpful.”
