“prompt knowledgeable advice and readly available spare parts to service the machine. I have a Gaggia Velasca Prestige. Parts despatched quickly and my machine was up and running within 4 days which for living in the North of Scotland is excellent”

“I needed two small parts for my coffee machine. I was having problems finding a way to get the part numbers. Then I found MrBean2cup, whose site had the clearest parts diagrams, made it easy to find the parts, had them in stock at a reasonable price, and delivered when promised. I'll use again if and when something else goes wrong.”
